Accommodations

The workshop program does not include accommodations for participants, but we have provided some suggested* hotels near the Google headquarters below.

It is strongly encouraged to wait until you have been accepted into the workshop, before you make your hotel reservation. 

Wild Palms Hotel

We will be provided shuttle service for workshop participants between Google and the Wild Palms Hotel.
  • We have secured a group rate at the Wild Palms of $129/night, plus taxes.
  • The group code can be applied for rooms from Aug. 10-14. 8/10-14/2014: 
  • To reserve your room, call 408-738-0500 or go online. If you book online, to use the group block (a) select your dates, (b) click on "Add Special Rates Codes" and (c) enter the code 1408GEO4HE where it says “Group Code”.
  • The cut-off date is 11:59pm PT on Friday, July 11, 2014. Any reservations requests made after the cut-off date will be subject to room and rate availability.
